I have a 20 gallon hexagonal tall tank (heavily planted). I want to add a few more freshwater fishes to my aquarium, and currently have:

6 Black Skirt Tetras

9 Pygmy Corydoras

1 Nerite Snail

1 Ivory Mystery Snail

Would it be possible to get a few more fishes? Am I overstocked or near it? I just want a centerpiece fish since my aquarium looks a little dull. I was thinking of something small like Rasboras, small Tetras, or along the lines of that (something colorful/shiny). Any suggestions would help! Just curious, and asking around for experienced aquarists. I do not want to overstock, but I do have strong filtration.

Hexagon tanks are a bit tricky to stock, the majority of fish prefer long tanks. You could try a school of micro fish like the chili rasboras or ember tetras. They stay less than an inch and are bright red.
