Stuff on sand bed

Anyone knows how to get rid of the stuff on the sandbed?

more info...Age and size of tank, water test results, type of filtration, type of lighting, lighting schedule, water change amount and schedule...
 
Is a 14 biocube,

Only 2 and 1/2 months old,maybe 3, bio balls and cartridge filter,last Sunday I place a bag of chemi pure on top of the bioballs...
Water change also last Sunday, use to do 2 g every 2 weeks, I think I'm going to go for 2g weekly...
Lights only 7h a day

led lighting? Everything sounds good to me. I think its just diatoms... Its just part of the cycle mine did the same thing at about 3-4 months and disappeared after a few weeks and then the hair algae started growing but my clean up crew keeps it in check...
 
I wish LED,
Got the regular light bulb,
10,000 & actinic ,
Everything looks good,I even try to rinse the sand but that stuff keep coming back...

Diatoms are normally a phase that goes away when the silicates are all bound.
