Sulfathiazole not dissolving?

I added some seachem sulfaplex to my tank, but it doesn't dissolve into the water?

I haven't had any thing to do with that, try dissolving it in some warmed up tank water. Put a 1/2 glass into micro for a few seconds, the add the stuff. Hopefully that should do the trick.
