swordtail help!!!!

hi,i just brought a pair of swordtail(red) i put them in a 1 gallon tank with 2 guppies but i dont know why they are not eating and also the male keep nipping the female tail. !!!!!P L E A S E H E L P!!!!!!!

1 gallon is way too small for even one of those fish swordtails need at least 20 gallons. Have you learned about the nitrogen cycle yet?

+1 way too small for any fish to live in & the ammonia will be building up very quickly. If it's possible could you get a larger tank? Or maybe return the fish?

oh it was just the fishes temporary home i am going to find a 20 gallon tank and is the HBL-301 filter is enough for the 20 gallon tank??

The reason the male guppy is harassing the female is because you need 1m 2f +. The same with the swordtails. Don't get any others now, wait until you have a 20g+ tank. If I were you do 30% water change every other day until you can get a bigger tank.
