Taking out

So I now have to take out my java wall so I can redo it problem one its huge but I can get past that problem 2 I have is I have rcs hiding in my wall and I know there are babies in there what do I do
 
Get as many babies, parents/adults and eggs out of the moss wall as you can. That would probably be the most effective way of keeping most of them
 
That's going to be almost impossible...will they as I'm taking it out of the water if I went slow won't they not want to come out of the water and swim somewhere else to stay in the water
 
That doesn't sound like the best idea to me; shrimp aren't exactly smart, and some are known to try to climb out of the water. I'd say, to save suffering, just leave it.
