My tank is taller than it is wide so there is very little floor space but a ton of vertical space. My decorations don't even come half way up the tank which created a huge void. How do I fill that space? Here is a pic when it had fish. Any suggestions?

You could add some live plants that grow tall. But I think it looks cool. Lots of swimming space.

What size tank is it? Does it have fish in there now?

It's a nice looking tank, but the height without the length is going to narrow your stocking options. You could add a background which will make it look filled in. You could also add some tall plants (live or fake) to the back.

Wow 45 gals? Some angelfish would look nicely in there. And they tend to need more vertical swimming space than horizontal, so it would fit them well.
