Got a new 10 gal tank three weeks ago but the water in then put API QuickStart in then went an bought a baby tiger Oscar an is doing great ... That API is awesome anybody ever use it just wondering if someone had success like me with the stuff?

I've used API quick start, seachems stability, and tetra safe start, most of them work but it all depends on how they're transported shelved and how long they've been sitting there. I've had both success and complete disappointment with each of these, just be sure to still test the water frequently

The terms tiger Oscar and 10g tank are going to get you some whiplash. Prepare to upgrade the tank in a few months!


Sounds like you took your time with the cycle. I have used products before to assist. I prefer the natural method now, however, most items work as long as you declor.
