Tentacle plant??

Ok this is my fourth post now please someone answer me! This white stringy thing was spotted about 13 days ago, it grows pretty quick and looks like a plant but it moves like tentacles or something they wrap around each other and some of the ends have little round or oval bulbs on with a few micro hairs it looks like please help!!

It looks like it has roots like a plant? It doesn't move around either just the tentacle things move. How big do these things get and any info on them?
