one is my Seprae tetra is missing an upper snout. I don't know what to do, I am currently treating the tank for ich then I noticed that one of my serpae it's missing a snout.

Did you kill it? I have a danio I rescued that survived and is missing it's face. ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1404018505.265766.jpg

Eats really well too. If idk what causes it though but it doesn't have to be fatal.
 
Looks in a bad way, the gills are very red as well. Hopefully someone with a lot more experience, will give some advice.
What are your water parameters, PH, Ammonia etc, how often do you do WC's? Good luck

my water parameters are good...i do water change every week on a sunday.
