Tiger Barb bulging belly

Hello. Please can someone take a look at these pictures of my tiger barb. She has a bulging belly and I am hoping it's not dropsy. She is quite young, we have had her for 3 months since buying her from the pet shop. Thanks in advance for your advice

Female TigerBarbs will have a rounder belly than the male as they mature... your female looks nearly identical to my femles TB's.

Is it eating ok? Does the color still look like the pics? Is it swimming about instead of hiding in a corner? If they answer are yes, then I don't think it's an illness. From the pics ... I see a healthy female TB.

Yes to all. I have just taken these pics, quite a poser she is . Maybe she just looks a funny shape because she is still growing.

Oh she's definitely hamming it up for the camera. Trying to get a clear pic of mine is like pulling teeth.

After taking a second look, I'd say she has the same shape as some of my female TB's.
