Tiny bubbles on my new clownfish?

Hi I revived a small clown from live aquaria the other day, and now I am seeing little bubbles on my clownfish, and they are not coming off him when he swims. What are these?

Do you have like a filter running on the back? My clowns sometimes have little bubbles on them and they go away the next time I checked on them.
