Today I found a very skinny clear-ish worm, weaving in and out of a piece of coral. Unfortunately it shot back into the LR before I could get a picture.

Any ideas what this might be? bad? good?

Not sure, but from the description it sounds like a spaghetti worm. If the clear part of it never left the hole in the rock, and sucked back into that same hole, then most likely it's a spaghetti worm. The worm itself lives in your rock, and sends out it's "tongue" (for lack of a better description) to get food. Pretty cool things, and definitely a good thing to have in your tank.
