One of my young Congo tetras has a tiny white dot on one of her fins:
Sorry the pics are a bit rubbish. (And don't mind my poor anubias!)
So the story with the dot- back in early June I thought it was the beginning of an ich outbreak (I had added 2 new congos a couple of weeks previously). So I treated with trisulfa. Fast forward About 10 weeks- the dot is still there, but no others have cropped up on her or any of her tank mates. Naturally the course of trisulfa wreaked havoc on my BB, so those were fun times
I just hooked up a 24w uv filter to the tank more to assuage my paranoia than anything else.
Any ideas what a random non-contagious white spot might be?
