I had 6 pineapple swordtails in my smaller tank, an early death didn't set off my enthusiasm , but we had an ich infection go around and I lost 5 of my swordies ( 2 males 3 females) leaving one lone princess, I thought she would pass too because she had clamped fin for a few weeks but suddenly became friends with my brown loach ( weird ) she opened up and I noticed she wasn't visibly pregnat but a few days ago I saw a small brown spot by her anal fin, today it has progressed into a black brown gravid spot!! My swordies might still make it!

( my mom doesn't care my sis left the room and my dad rolled his eyes so I wanted to tell tell someone who cared! Lol)

We always care here!!!! How'd u get rid of the ich? Is ur tank cycled?

I this tank for about three years and I guess I should have aclanated them in a differen tank, the ich eventually took care of itself

If u get it again just turn ur heat up over 86° and that'll kill it.

The fish in my tank couldn't take that temp, so we treated the water with some meds that didn't work lol
