Trade 75gal for smaller set up (Sacramento CA)

I am looking to downsize to a 40-60 gallon set up. I like hex/octagon tanks, but basically just want a tank that takes up less room. My tank is 48"l x 30"h x 12"d. Comes with stand, filters, light, etc. I haven't completely given up on the idea that I might enjoy this tank again, but I'd also like to see it go to someone who will appreciate it more than I have recently. I'm in the Sacramento CA area.

Just curious. Would the trade include the fish or would you be keeping them for your smaller tank?

I've rehomed the common plecos, and had several offers to take the angels, but none followed through. I'm very attached to the killi and had otherwise planned to keep my current fish.
