Treating hospital tank

Hi. Just want some advice on how to treat/clean a tank that's been used as a quarantine tank for my fish who had internal parasite and bloat. I've used a 10 gallon tank, but now wants to use the same tank as QT tank for when I buy new fish. The 10 gallon has sand substrate couple of lace rocks, heater and bubbler. Can I clean/save any of these for reuse, if so how? I appreciate any suggestions.
