When I got home today I found 2 clusters of white spots a little smaller than a pin head. (about 30) Looking through a magnifying glass I am able to identify a round central body with a redish spot or nucleus. About 1/2 of them are starfish like with 5 legs others have 6, 7 and 8 legged as it seems. The live rock has been fully cured for near 2 weeks and transferred into a new tank, there is macro algae in refugium, and coralline algae is steadily coming back. The fish seem to not notice them at this time. I am having difficulty identifying. I was wondering if they are a form of pod, if not what they are.

That looks like a hydroid jelly to me. They are pretty common in newer tanks but will die out over time. Enjoy them while you have them. :)
