Turtle setup advice

Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice ... I have a 75 gallon turtle tank with a 6inch red ear slider and have a custom turtle topper I bought from big Apple pet supply and it's height is 12 inches from basking area I would like to purchase a reptisun T5 H.O. 5.0 uvb light fixture and bulb and also a 50watt zoomed basking bulb in a 5.5 inch dome both lights will be laying on top of the turtle penthouse screen cover would this be okay or the uvb light will be to strong any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you..

Well its going to be fully setup the way I explain it 2weeks time and I will upload pics I'm super excited nearing completion..
