URGENT HELP - Clothes dye in rain water

Hi all,
I collected some water today from rain but unfortunately the one living on top of me left a towel RED and made my collected rain water red. **** HER!!!!!

1. Is it safe for the fish?
2. How can i remove the dye?

No easy way to get contaminants out of water. ( A reverse osmosis unit will do it, but you won't be collecting rain water if you have a R/O unit ....>

I would just dump the water, clean out the container & wait for the next rain fall. I wouldn't chance unknown dyes in my tanks.
