I was thinking about buying a waterbox aquarium from the Reef line. I noticed that the tank comes with a dual manifold. Is it better to use a separate pump to run a media reactor rather than using the return pump? I ask because I'm not using the reactors all the time so wouldn't I have to adjust the return pump over and over?
