i just bought a few plants from the lps in the tubes. One of the plants I bought was water wisteria and I want to float it.

from what ive read it grows differently in air vs when its submerged. and when it comes in the tube its grown hydroponically in air. I attached a picture of one of the pieces

my question is should i trim/prune the air grown leaves? or should i do anything other than drop them in?

I would just drop them in. Once it's grown a little more you can prune off the older growth if you want, but right now it needs those leaves to get the energy it needs to grow new leaves.

ok thanks!

should I trim the leaves if they turn yellow? I don't want an extra source of ammo right now
