Weird White Eggs

Yesterday I was doing maintenance on my tank and I was cleaning out my Canister Filter and I was just rinsing water thru my canister and notice on some of my LR rubble small clear balls or Eggs on my LR just wondering what that could be there weas a few of them like if something laid eggs inside my canister filter? Just wondering if anyone would know what that could be.....

Hmmmmm Weird inside my canister filter Just wondering where the Sponge would come from..... unless one got suck into the canister....

You mention they were attached to your liverock rubble. Perhaps that is where they came from. Any chance you can post a picture?

You'll be amazed at the things that end up living in your canister filter. Sounds like some type of sponge to me also.

I agree, they like some flow and lack of light...

No picture... But I will see when I open it back up in a month.... But should i be worried?

No reason to worry. Harmless filter feeders.
