Were to buy live rock?

Were should I get live rock? I feel that its much cheaper online and the Caribbean Live Rock on Liveaquaria.com Is very cool looking stuff as is the Fiji. Would these be good buys or should I be looking someplace else?

LFS usually have good deals on LR and BR. At least around here.
