What age do mollies first breed?

What age do Molly fry begin breeding? I'm ready to separate sexes soon once the males develop and I can tell them apart. I have them in a 10 gal now... The biggest are 5 wks old today and are 1/2"...

From the research I did, 6-8 weeks.

6-8 wks.. Wow.. How can they carry fry that are only half as big as them? LOL
I'm trying to watch for the gonopodium... hard to tell
