what are these white tubes

Just noticed a lot of these on my live rock. Looks like small groups of them. Picture is not that great but I think you can see them

Kinda looks like sponges. They sometimes appear in shaded areas, more so towards the bottom. Harmless filter feeders.

Yep, sponges. There are many types and none in aquariums are bad.
