What do you feed your Clowns?

I'll be picking up my one-and-only Perc soon and I was wondering what I might feed her.

I would prefer pellets over flakes as a dry food.

I'll also be feeding Mysis to either the Clown or any coral that might fancy some, perhaps once a week.

Maybe I should've mentioned that I'm in the UK, we don't get many of the good American foods over here unless we order online.
