What is the best filter for african clawed frog?

I have a 10 gallon aquarium housing 1 albino ACF. I read the whispers are the best. I currently have an aqua-tech 5-15 but it struggles to keep up with this messy Guy. Would it be best to get a bigger model of the whisper brand? Maybe a whisper 30 for my 10 gallon?

Consider an aqua clear. Most would say they are superior to the whisper filters.

I'd say a canister filter.

Yea I like the aqua clears alot too bit I read that the whispers distribute the water to the tank with less agitation and cause less vibration to the tank for the frog. They are sensitive to vibration and currents.
