what is the best typ of media

I have a XP3 filter and i am wondering what is the best type of media to use in it?

I use:

Seachem Matrix (Bio Media)
Seachem De-nitrate (fluidized bed sort of)
Floss
Foam

That's it.

I'll occasionally add some Peat fiber, but that is rare..

use ceramic rings, biostars, filter floss, and two different densities of foam. not in that particular order.

Ceramic, foam blocks, filter floss. Planted tank needs nothing more.
