What is this?

Looks like a yellow colony polpy to me.

Looks like a torch coral me, but I don't know.

I agree that it looks like some sort of polyp as the tentacles are in groups around a disk, not sure what kind though, could it possibly be some type of colonial anemone?

it does resemble torch coral...but ive never had torch coral in my tank...i found it on the rock when i accidentally touched it while moving the rock

It could be a hitch hiker torch.

I think you should, but I might be wrong. It a little hard to identify because it's small.
