My lfs refused to GIVE me a frag since it grows faster than xenia.

I don't think it's hard to care for, I get the feeling as long as it's wet it should be fine. As far as I can find in a quick search; moderate to high lighting, and moderate to high flow. It would do well with strontium, iodine, trace elements and feedings of microplankton, marine snow or dissolved materials.

I got some and just put it on the tank and it bonded to the rock itself. It is one of the easiest corals.

Sounds like it's a friend of the green star polyps..
