What kind of plant

Does anyone know what this plant thing is? I just noticed it and the little leg/arm things curl and uncurl. I just noticed it today.
It above the spong.

Could it be a branching sea cucumber?

It isn't a cucumber. It is a filter feeding worm of some sort of you say those will retract.
