I think i have an outbreak of ich in my tank, its affected most of my fish which are guppies, platies, danios, 1 bloodfin tetra, but im not sure where the outbreak came from and how to cure this seeing that its the first time this has happened to me.

Additional notes:
Only some of my guppies seem to have the ich,
I also have fry in a separate breeder thingy,
I had done a 50% water change this morning.

raise the temp to 86f/30c and add salt, I use 1tsp/gallon. be sure to dissolve it in water first and add it over the course of several hours rather than all at once. Continue treatment for a week after the last signs of ich disappear.

I'm not sure on how to add the salt :/
So I add 10tsp for a 10g tank?
How often do I add the salt??
