What's happening?!

Could anyone tell me what is this?!

I had this fish from 1 year and never saw something like this before. The skin is peeling, he is slimmer and all the other fishes are eating the dead skin. No ich for sure... Help!

How to solve the parasites problem?
By the way all other fishes (cichlids + lobster) are in a very good health.

That doesn't look like parasitic to me. That's columnaris which is a nasty disease. I had an outbreak last year that wiped out half of my fish. There are many meds that claim to work but the only one I found effective was Jungle Fungus Clear. I hope I'm wrong but google Columnaris and research the pics and threads.
