Iv been watching these plant like things growing on my live rock does anyone know what it is and if its good or bad

The little stubby thing is neomeris. No big deal really.
I can't see the leaves on the vine-like stuff. Can you get a closer pic of that?

The vine-like stuff is razor caulerpa.The green thick branched stuff is codium edule.

Are they ok or do I need to get rid of it ?

If you like them you can leave them.
