Whats wrong with my annubias

When I put it in the tank about 8 days ago it was all green and lush and now its brown and filmy, like the leave are melting or disintigrating.

And just as I write this i look at the tank and see a panda cory nosing about it, are they eating the dying leaves?

Are the leaves turning yellow? If so it could be too much light. These plants really thrive in low light.

No, i can see on some leaves there are holes so I think theyre disintergrating :S

Are you dosing any fertilizer and what lights are you running? Wattage and bulb size please(t8,t12,t5). Also what size is your tank?

The tank is 64litres, bulbs are 15watt interpet "bright day bulbs" they are these bulbs Interpet Replacement Lamps Bright Day White 15W Aquarium Lighting Accessories for Sale. Only thing Ive dosed was a little flourish excel one time.

Most likely, it was grown emersed and it is now adjusting to being submerged.
