What's wrong with my oto

Started as a small white spot and is growing. All other fish look fine including the other oto

Otos are very delicate and you have about a 50% chance to keep it alive despite any efforts you make

Sad news was it fungal? It looked a little wooly on the side but hard to tell and it sounds like it developed quite quickly?

How are your water specs? I would guess that being delicate, you will need very good water conditions for them.
