Why do you want to separate? The parents will raise the fry without intervention.

I thought that they will eat the fry when she is ready for another batch

Also, I bought unenvapsulated brine shrimp eggs and mini bites for the fry. Do I need to feed them when they are this size? Or will they just be ok with flakes ?

I use NLS flakes then switch to NLS micro pellets when they're large enough.

Don't be upset, but I plan to use them as feeder fish for my other cichlids and Arowana in my 125g tank. I don't like the unhealthy feeders you get from stores
