Where can I get a brine shrimp hatchery dish?

Can anyone please tell me where to get a brine shrimp hatchery dish. Do you'll know if petsmart, petco, pet supplies plus, etc. carry them. lf so which ones.

I made one just like the ones you can buy on line. I will post a picture when I get home. It is pretty simple and only requires 2 2L bottles, an air stone, silicone, and an air pump.
