Where do i buy nice looking plants?

Hello everyone!
For a beginner, I do not have much connection of where to get stuff.(Besides petsmart and petco) After trying out two of my tanks, one is 10g and one is 5g. I really want to start another tank.Probably gonna be under 10G. Mainly, i want to have another shrimp/snail tank. I was wondering where to get a lots of nice looking plants.

ALSO, what kinds of sand/gravel and lighting goes well with plants? Thank you guys so much!

As far as substrate, I like the Eco Complete and the Caribsea sand.

Besides the Mart here , consider joining The Planted Tank as there are a ton of useful plants and such for sale there ( can only see it using a browser, not Tapatalk ).

Peabody's Paradise has a good rep as well.
