Which filter is best?

So I'm buying a new filter and I've seen two that look good (very good reviews) and I was wondering which would be better OR if you know of I better one.
The two are:
Fluval Underwater Filter
Aquaclear Power Filter

(this is for a 22 gal. tank)

I use an aquaclear 300 and Topfin 10 on my 20 and it's always beautiful.

I use a Fluval 50 on my 20g long, and it moves water very well while keeping my tank really clean with just sponge and ceramic for bio-filter.

I believe my ac 300 is similar to the fluval. Anyways I use the same thing as you! Ac300 : sponge and bio // Topfin 10 : purely filled with bio
