which is the better tank?

I have the wrong size tank for my 2 platies. I've measured my space and going by the minimum standard I think a 40lt would be OK for them? Far better than they are in now.

I've found these with in my price range but not sure which is the better one?

I would say #2 but there isn't too much info about it, so I would do more research on the second one
