Which one do I feed them?

I have a almost empty container of tera JumboMin sticks. I'm trying to buy more but I'm only finding Tetra Cichlid Sticks. Are they the same? Can I feed my , loin, triggers, damels the Tetra Cichlid Sticks?

damsels and triggers arent really picky eatter, my concern may be what cichlids sticks have in them, which is probably just veggies (being cichlid) and those fish sound like carnivores/omnivores

im not an expert on any of those fish, but you could use the sticks as a temporary diet

Most fish do have specific dietary requirements. I would not use a food designed for FW cichlids for SW carnivors. Look into meaty forzen foods for your trigger and lion.
