White Bugs??

What would these be?? Bad, good??

Idk but I found some in my tank this morning and since I had stripped it all that was in there was water. So, I poured 2 gal bleach in the water and ran everything for 2 hrs. Then, wiped, emptied and refilled 3x with extra prime. Reset up filter for water movement, turned on sanitizer until tomorrow when I start the N cycle again with new media.

They look like copepods to me. If so, do a PWC and cut back on feeding.

Yea just looks like some copepods or something similar, no big deal. Most people don't see these in tanks because a lot of fish will eat them, but they aren't particularly harmful to anything.
