White Eye

My Pajama Cardinal's has recently gotten this white spot on it's left eye. What is this and how can I treat it.

It's hard to tell with those blurry pics, but usually problems like that are caused by poor water quality. Start doing more frequent water changes.
What are your water parameters, especially nitrate?

I'm going to change my water sometime this week when I get the time to. But haven't had a chance to check water either. But he is the only fish like that do I need to put him in a QT.
