White spot in my 15 gallon/60 litre tank

Help! My fish have all got white spot, so I was going to use API White Spot Treatment but heard it will kill my shrimp and snails so what else can I do? I've already lost four of my 10 neon tetras to it so I need urgent help, thanks guys!

Guessing sorted but you could try the heat treatment method.

Yes thank you, that's what I went with as I've got shrimp and snails so couldn't use medication. Sorted now, but thanks anyway

How are they getting on? I've never tried it with shrimp, only fish.

They're fine, 5 died from the initial outbreak but after the heat treatment they're all doing fine and no more white spot!
