White spots on glass ID Plz (SW)

Hello, I have white spots appearing on my fish tank´s glass. The largest ones are a bit less than a dime in largest dimention.
Food for thought: I have turbo snails in my tank, could it be their eggs? Or are these just salt/calcium deposits and should be cleaned off? P.S. This is a SW setup with Clown fish, Damsel, turbo snails, Anemone, and Aptesias (?), of caurse live rock / live sand.

Looks like coraline algea to me, it shows a good health and maturing tank.

Definitley coraline, though I see some white dots on the coraline too. If those are what you are talking about they defiintley look like snail eggs.

My ammonia is too high (.25)

Did something die or are you possibly overfeeding?
Try a 25% PWC to get the ammonia back to 0.
