White Spots on my GBR

After 2 solid days of having him I wake up to find this this morning. The spots seem symmetrical on the fins so wasn't sure if this would be ick for sure or not.
Any recommendations for treatment?
Should I just treat as ick?

It looks a little fluffy?
Like columnaris /finrot /saddleback????
Salt baths may work as they are step one for columnaris and ich if the fish is catchable?

Yes CB it does appear to be fluffy opposed to the salt crystal look of ick.
I set up my 20 gal for a QT tank. I need to find me a smaller tank for a QT though soon.
I went to the local store to try and get some meds but they closed early today being Sunday.
I am doing a salt bath and will see how this works out.
Seems to be handling the salt really well compared to the fish in some of the videos I watched. Could be a very good sign.
Don't wanta lose this Lil guy.

Found a old bottle of Pimafix and dosed the QT with it.
Gave another salt bath this morning. I did finally witness him eat a little food so feeling good about that.
The spot seems to be clearing up a little.
