Why does my male guppie look pregnant

One of my male guppies looks pregnant. I read somewhere that bad breeding can make hermaphridite(idk how to spell) fish. Is that true? Could he be pregnant? Is he sick? What's wrong?

Then maybe he's full from eating a lot, or I could be that disease, which I read is common in inbred fish.

I can't get pics they never hold still lol. He looks exactly like a pregnant female. But he has a gonapodium.

I just looked at him and he looks normal now... weird... he was fat for a few days and last night he was really fat. Now he's normal. Any ideas on what it was/is?
