Will my light grow these plants?

Somebody may have answered this for me before but I forgot so Im asking again lol
I have a Coralife dual bulb t5 NO (28 watts TOTAL not per bulb)
This light is on my 25 gallon tank. It is 19 inches tall.
The plants I am looking at are Micro Sword and Narrow leaf Chain sword.

I'm not sure if it will be sufficient lighting with 28 total watts over that 25 gallon especially to carpet those plants . I do wish you the best of luck, but from what I understand t5 normal output is not comparable to high output t5s. They may stack up as brighter than t8s. Someone jump in if I'm incorrect.

Chain sword is pretty tough to stop given root ferts, but micro sword in my experience is a though plant to get to where it looks good.
