This is a white, squiggly worm about an inch long. What is it? Harmful?

looks like a bristle worm

I don't think it's a bristle worm. It's very flat, and looks like I could just smear it on the glass rather easily.

Maybe its a flatworm like a planarian. I cant tell from the photo but if their are no segments protruding then its probably a planarian.

There snail eggs I'm almost sure cause I get them on my glass all the time from my nassarius snails

What do you do with them? Leave them or remove them?

You are fine to leave them be, if they hatch they will become fish food and if some survive that then you have more snails. I would keep an eye on it, if it's eggs it will stay put, if it's a worm it will move. In the event it's a worm I would remove it.

Yeah let them hatch and become food some will survive and sooner or later you will notice tiny snails on the glass
